appointments

please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. if you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service price will still apply.

late arrivals

clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

cancellations & rescheduling

i kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service price.

no-shows

no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may require a deposit for future bookings.

deposits

a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service.

payment

payment is due at the time of service. accepted forms of payment will be listed at booking.

refunds

all services are final. refunds are not offered on completed services.
